Refund policy
We want you to love your IROW pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.
Returns
• You may return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non returnable items
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
• Items marked as Final Sale
Refunds
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Original shipping charges are non refundable.
• Please allow a few working days for your refund to be processed once your return is received and inspected.
Return shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• To exchange an item, please return your original item and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
• We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
