We offer flat‑rate shipping based on your delivery destination and order value.

United Kingdom (also Guernsey and IOM)

• £7.95 shipping on orders under £100
• Free shipping on orders £100 and over

Europe

• £20 shipping on orders under £250
• Free shipping on orders £250 and over

Rest of World

• £30 shipping on orders under £300
• Free shipping on orders £300 and over

Shipping costs are calculated per order and will be displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be confirmed at checkout once your order has been placed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing for international orders.

 

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of Jersey, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

• Shipping fees are non‑refundable, including in the case of returns (unless an item is faulty or incorrect).
